RITHS - Higher Diploma in Engineering	Mechanical Engineering
Duration	3 Years (Full-time)
Eligibility
Fresh Admission	10+2 with English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
Lateral Entry to Year - 2	Diploma in the relevant subject
Lateral Entry to Year - 3	Advanced standing students from Indian universities who completed 3 years of study.
The course is accredited by Edexcel,UK. Direct final year B.Eng.(hons) or BSc.(hons) admission is available through the RITHS partner universities. Articulated by the University of Wolverhampton for direct final year entry to
1.B.Eng.(hons) Mechanical Engineering
Recognised by the Northumbria University for direct final year entry to
2.B.Eng.(hons) Mechanical Design Technology
Recognised by the Southampton Solent University for direct final year entry to
3.B.Sc.(hons) Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering
B.Eng.(hons) = Bachelor of Engineering

RITHS Course Syllabus is outlined below. 'Advanced standing students' from Indian universities are required to map their present university syllabus with this syllabus. RITHS Credit transfer facility will carry the same marks obtained in your present university. Improvement or Unmatched or failed subjects are required to pass RITHS examinations before certification.
