Fee Refund Rules (For the academic year
2010- 2011)
Generally no refund of fee is permitted on
account of withdrawal/ absence from college
or other reasons once a student is admitted
to any course of study.
RITHS decision is
final on all the
matters related to
fees/refunds.

In all cases where
the student has been
admitted to the
course after the
commencement of
classes, or after
appearing for exams
or otherwise, the
number of days
specified above will
be reckoned from the
date of
"commencement of
classes', and not
from the date of
their actual
admission.
Any student, who
withdraws from the
course after the
date of commencement
of classes, will be
required to remit to
the institution, in
addition to the
amount already
forfeited, the
tuition fee payable
for the remaining
period of the
course.
All refunds will be
processed by the
Finance Officer of
the institution upon
receiving the
approval from the
Registrar based on
the recommendation
from the Deputy
Registrar,
Admissions. Request
for withdrawals
should be made in
the prescribed
application
available in the
Admission Office.
Refunds will be made
only after the
candidate has
surrendered the ID
card, original fee
receipt and the dues
clearance
certificate, if
eligible.
